This book, an excellent companion to "How to Know Higher Worlds", contains the exercises, meditations and practices for self-development given as part of Steiner's Esoteric School which ran from 1904 to 1914. Western methods of meditation are often left behind in today's more Oriental approach to the subject and this is one of the works by Steiner that is meant to redress that imbalance.
