Opening Hours:
Mon-Fri 10am to 3pm
Saturday 11am - 5pm

The Wellspring Bookshop is the trading outlet for The Rudolf Steiner Book Trust, a registered charity which aims to promote Anthroposophy and to make more widely known the name and works of its founder, Rudolf Steiner.

We also offer regular study and discussion groups which focus on introducing those new to Anthroposophy to the basics of Steiner's work. These evenings are open to anyone seeking to learn more about Steiner or anyone interested in discussions of Anthroposophical interest. The Rudolf Steiner Book Trust and The Wellspring Bookshop are labours of love nurtured by Nelson and Melissa Willby - with a little help from their friends.

The Wellspring Bookshop is located at No. 5, New Oxford Street. We are situated on the ground floor of Commonwealth House, close to the British Museum and a few minutes away from either Tottenham Court Road or Holborn Tube Station.

Anthroposophy is a world view that can be characterised as the awakening of the human spirit. Our endeavour is to work towards integrating Anthroposophy, and the range of Steiner's thought which was universal in scope, as widely as possible into the mainstream of cultural life. read more
